IBÁ SOUR
Ingredients
- 2 oz IBÁ Mezcal
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Amaro
- 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
- Egg White (from one large egg)
Method
- Add all ingredients except the egg white into a shaker and shake without ice to combine.
- Add the egg white and shake again without ice (dry shake) to emulsify.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
