IBÁ Ensamble Mezcal
IBÁ Ensamble Mezcal is an artisanal mezcal crafted entirely from 8–15-year-old Espadín, Mexicano and Tobalá agaves. As the day eases into the warm glow of late afternoon, the sky embraces a vibrant orange hue reflected in the character of Ensamble. Smooth, complex and layered, it offers a refined combination of well-rounded aromas, herbal notes, sweet caramel and a subtly smoky finish.
Agave 65% Espadín (Angustifolia), 25% Mexicano (Rhodacantha), 10% Tobalá (Potatorum).
Fermentation Slow fermentation.
Origin Region Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca.
